What is your return policy?

ONLINE: items must be in original condition with tags still attached, accompanied by the original receipt within 21 days of purchase to receive a full refund, credit note or exchange.
*please allow at least 3 working days once received to process return*
INSTORE: items must be in original condition with tags still attached, accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase to receive a credit note or exchange.
SALE ITEMS: no return or exchange on items marked ‘sale’ so please choose carefully. (refund or exchange is still available on promotion sales online, and exchange or credit note is still available on promotion sales in store.)

PLEASE NOTE: CREDIT NOTES ARE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS FROM ISSUE DATE! RETURN POSTAGE IS AT THE CUSTOMERS’ EXPENSE

Can I return my online purchases to the Moskito Blue store in Lilydale?

You certainly can!!

Returns that require a refund will go through the website, so just pop in leave your return order with a member of staff and returns are processed from 3pm each business day through our website.

If you are wanting to exchange or obtain an in-store credit note feel free to have a look around on the day!

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 2pm (Victorian time) will be dispatched the same day. All orders place after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

Sundays & Public Holidays – all orders will be dispatched the next business day

What do I do if the style I am wanting to purchase is sold out online?

At Moskito Blue popular styles tend to sell out quickly due to our competitive prices and unique styles.

If something has sold out online please do not hesitate to contact our store on (03) 9735 0770 to see if stock is available for you to purchase.

Will Moskito Blue hold items for me?

Items can be held IN STORE at Moskito Blue for 24 hours. To hold an in-store item please contact our Lilydale store on (03) 9735 0770.

Unfortunately ONLINE stock cannot be held.
